Overview

This course discusses the 14 points of the Firearms Carry Act of 2021 (Constitutional Carry).

Completing this course will help you:

  • Where unlicensed carry of a handgun is prohibited in Texas
  • Where unlicensed carry is allowed
  • Effective notice requirements

Who is the course for?

All personnel in the State of Texas carrying a handgun without a License to Carry Handgun or Conceal Carry type license from another State.
