OVERVIEW
Prevent-Prepare-Protect Training and Consulting (P3TC) is home of the Texas License to Carry Handgun Proficiency, and your solution for crime prevention, first aid, firearms, and personal defense training.
Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) administers the Handgun Licensing Program under the authority of the Texas Government Code Chapter 411, Subchapter H. DPS licenses individuals to carry handguns within Texas, evaluates the eligibility of applicants through criminal history background checks and monitors those currently licensed to ensure their continued eligibility.
Material is provided in modules with specific amounts of time allotted for each module. Driving to/from the range, breaks, testing, etc. is not included in the 4-6 hours. Get more at the LTC Information link below.
Range fee is not included. Handgun rental may be available.
