Overview

Certified Instructors teach students the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe, proficient, and ethical use of firearms.

The NRA Instructor Training Courses consists of two parts:

Part one: Basic Instructor Training (Must be current within two-years.)

Part two: The specific discipline training e.g. Rifle, Pistol, Home Firearms Safety, etc.

Read the Instructor Training page at P3TCus.com/for-instructors.

National Rifle Association (NRA) Instructor Candidates (ICs) must pass the required pre-course qualification exercises/proficiency to attend instructor training in their choice of discipline. This Pass/Fail course is scheduled by appointment only. Pre-course qualification is normally held the morning of discipline training, however, some prefer to do it prior to their class date(s). Contact P³TC to request an appointment. Tuition does not include instruction or expenses.
